Explanation of Responses:

1. EvomLux S.a r.l. is the direct holder of 64,995,012 shares of Class A common stock. Permira V L.P.2 is the controlling shareholder of EvomLux S.a r.l. Permira V L.P.2 acts through its general partner, Permira V GP L.P., which acts through its general partner, Permira V GP Limited (together with EvomLux S.a r.l., Permira V L.P.2 and Permira V GP L.P., the "Permira Entities").

2. The other Permira Entities may be deemed to share voting and dispositive power over the Class A Common Stock held by EvomLux S.a r.l., but disclaim beneficial ownership of such Class A Common Stock except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein.

Remarks:

Each of Ryan Lanpher and Brian Ruder is affiliated with the Reporting Persons and currently serves on the board of directors of the Issuer as the Reporting Persons' representative, and therefore the Reporting Persons may be deemed a "director by deputization" of the Issuer.
