Explanation of Responses:

1. The amounts disclosed in the original Form 4 for these investments were based on the Fund's estimated net asset value ("NAV") as of June 30, 2021. Due to the timing of the calculation of the Fund's NAV, the final number of shares purchased, purchase price per share and total amount of securities beneficially owned (collectively, the "Transaction Information") could not be determined at the time of the original filing. This amendment discloses the final Transaction Information following the definitive calculation of the Fund's NAV per share as of June 30, 2021.
