Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects the transfer of shares, received upon the vesting of restricted stock units, for no consideration from the Reporting Person to a trust of which the Reporting Person is a co-trustee and the children of the Reporting Person are the sole beneficiaries.

2. The amount held by the trust includes 9,000 shares previously reportedly as held directly by the Reporting Person. Such shares have been held by the trust since such shares were received directly by the trust pursuant to the spin-off of the Issuer from Realty Income Corporation in November 2021.

3. The Reporting Person is the co-trustee of a trust that benefits the children of the Reporting Person.
