For the three months ended June 30, 2023, the Company recognized expenses of $0.4 million as part of general and administrative expenses and $0.6 million as part of research and development expenses. For the six months ended June 30, 2024, the Company recognized expenses of $1.0 million as part of general and administrative expenses and $1.6 million as part of research and development expenses.
