On November 4, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing the retention of Skyline Corporate Communications Group, LLC to provide investor relations services. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.  On November 7, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing the execution of a non-binding letter of intent to acquire a $10 million government contractor.   A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
