Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 12, 2024, LAMF Global Ventures Corp. I (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that, on February 12, 2024 its board of directors (the “Board”) elected to extend the date by which the Company has to consummate a business combination (the “Deadline Date”) from February 16, 2024 to April 16, 2024. The Company’s amended and restated memorandum and articles of association (the “Charter”) provides that the Company has the right to extend the Deadline Date up to six times for an additional one month each time, from November 16, 2023 up to May 16, 2024. This is the fourth and fifth of up to six one-month extensions of the Deadline Date available to the Company pursuant to the Charter.
