Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 23, 2025, La Rosa Holdings Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing preliminary unaudited revenue for the 2024 fiscal year totaling an estimated $65 million, which represents an approximately 104% increase in revenue year-over-year, as compared to 2023. The Company stated in the press release that preliminary revenue figures described in the press release are unaudited and subject to customary adjustments. The Company also stated in the press release that it expects to release its full financial results for the 2024 fiscal year in due course along with the filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for 2024 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
