On October 3, 2023, Magic Empire Global Limited (the “Company” or “MEGL”) issued a press release announcing that it had declared a special interim dividend of USD0.01 per ordinary share. The dividend will be paid out on November 22, 2023 to the shareholders whose names are on the record at the close of business on October 16, 2023. The ex-dividend date is October 13, 2023.
The payment of future dividends will be made at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors of the Company. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
