The Class A Common Stock amount used herein assumes the conversion of the Class B common stock, par value $0.00001 per share (“Class B Common Stock”) of the Issuer held by the Reporting Person into shares of Class A Common Stock on a one-to-one basis, and the exercise of stock options held by the Reporting Person that are exercisable within 60 days of November 1, 2024.
