Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 05, 2024, Savers Value Village, Inc. issued a press release announcing preliminary fourth quarter and full year 2023 net sales in conjunction with the Company’s participation in the ICR Conference January 08 - 10, 2024. A copy of the press release issued on January 05, 2024 is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein. These preliminary results provided do not present all information necessary for a complete understanding of our earnings results for fiscal year 2023.
