Reflects restricted stock units (the "RSUs"), which will vest as to 18,853 of the underlying shares on November 15, 2022, and as to the remaining of the underlying shares in 15 substantially equal quarterly installments thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service through the applicable vesting dates. The RSUs will be settled in shares of Class A Common Stock upon vesting.
