Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects a 1-for-7.8463 reverse stock split of the Issuer's outstanding securities effected prior to the effectiveness of the Issuer's S-1 Registration Statement on September 8, 2023.

2. 25% of the shares subject to the option vest on the first anniversary measured from September 4, 2020 (the "Vesting Commencement Date"), and 1/48th of the total number of shares vest monthly thereafter, such that 100% of the shares subject to the option will be fully vested and exercisable on the fourth anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date.

3. 1/36th of the shares subject to the option vest on each monthly anniversary measured from February 1, 2023 (the "Vesting Commencement Date.), such that 100% of the shares subject to the option will be fully vested and exercisable on the third anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date.

4. 25% of the shares subject to the option vest on the first anniversary measured from February 1, 2023 (the "Vesting Commencement Date"), and 1/48th of the total number of shares vest monthly thereafter, such that 100% of the shares subject to the option will be fully vested and exercisable on the fourth anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date.

5. 25% of the shares subject to the option vest on the first anniversary measured from June 30, 2023 (the 'Vesting Commencement Date.), and 1/48th of the total number of shares vest monthly thereafter, such that 100% of the shares subject to the option will be fully vested and exercisable on the fourth anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date.
