Explanation of Responses:

1. Subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer, the Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") shall vest quarterly on February 1, May 1, August 1 and November 1 of each year, commencing August 1, 2022, in 16 equal installments, provided that the first 2 installments shall vest together on August 1, 2022, with the 14 remaining installments vesting quarterly thereafter.

2. Includes RSUs subject to vesting pursuant to previously disclosed vesting schedules.

3. Subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer, the RSUs shall vest in full on May 9, 2022.
