1. Reflects restricted stock units issued under the Corebridge Financial, Inc. 2022 Omnibus Incentive Plan exempt under Rule 16b-3. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock of CRBG upon vesting. The restricted stock units will vest ratably over three years from the grant date.

3. Reflects restricted stock units issued under the Corebridge Financial, Inc. 2022 Omnibus Incentive Plan exempt under Rule 16b-3. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock of CRBG upon vesting. The restricted stock units will vest ratably over three years from January 2024.
