Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents an award of 1,650 restricted stock units, which vested on July 22, 2024. The Reporting Person has elected to defer the issuance of the shares of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock underlying the restricted stock units until the Reporting Person's termination of service as a director of the Issuer. The restricted stock units will settle in shares of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock upon such termination of service.
