Explanation of Responses:

1. The reporting person received the shares on August 14, 2023 as a result of the separation of Safety Shot Inc. (formerly known as Jupiter Wellness, Inc.) (the "Former Parent") from the issuer. On August 14, 2023, the Former Parent distributed 2,000,000 of the issuer's shares it received pursuant to the May 31, 2023 Amended and Restated Exchange Agreement to the shareholders of the Former Parent.
