1. This amended Form 4 is being filed for the purpose of amending the disclosure in Box 4 to reflect that the correct number of securities that vested on October 3, 2022 was 13,677. The original Form 4 inadvertently included 9,119 shares which represented restricted stock units that were settled in cash.
