1. The sales reported in this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Cheng Huang Family Trust on September 7, 2023.

2. This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $29.87 to $30.85. The price reported above reflects the weighted average sale price. The reporting person hereby undertakes to provide upon request to the SEC staff, the issuer or a security holder of the issuer full information regarding the number of shares and prices at which the transaction was effected.

3. Represents ordinary shares held by the Cheng Huang Family Trust of which the Reporting Person and his spouse are trustees and the Reporting Person, his spouse and their children are beneficiaries. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership except to the extent of his and his spouse's pecuniary interest therein.

4. This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $30.87 to $31.79. The price reported above reflects the weighted average sale price.
