Explanation of Responses:

1. The reported securities were forfeited and transferred back to the Issuer without consideration to enable the Issuer to issue shares to certain vendors without subjecting the Issuer's other stockholders to dilution therefrom.

2. Includes shares previously held by Nechio & Novak, LLC ("Nechio & Novak") that were received by the reporting person on July 20, 2022 in a pro-rata distribution from Nechio & Novak to its members, and are now owned directly. In prior reports, the reporting person reported indirect beneficial ownership of all 5,317,653 shares of the Issuer's common stock held by Nechio & Novak, LLC, and disclaimed beneficial ownership over such shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest in such shares.
