Explanation of Responses:

1. On April 3, 2023, the Compensation Committee and Board of the Issuer approved a restricted stock award for 125,000 shares of common stock to Mr. Barreto under the Issuer's 2021 Incentive Award Plan. The restricted shares were then issued on April 5, 2023. The shares are fully vested.

2. Mr. Barreto is the president of RLB Market Investments, LLC.
