1. 19,957 shares of common stock are unvested grants of Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs"). The vesting schedule for the RSUs are as follows: 7,112 shares will vest on October 22, 2022; 5,168 shares will vest on October 22, 2023; 3,766 shares will vest on October 22, 2024; 2,481 shares will vest on October 22, 2025; 1,430 shares will vest on October 22, 2026.
