Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted stock awards, scheduled to vest pro-rata over the next three years, subject to continued employment through the vesting dates.

2. Represents a grant of restricted stock units under the issuer's 2022 Equity and Incentive Plan that is scheduled to vest on April 25, 2025, subject to continued employment through the vesting date. Each restricted stock unit represents the right to receive one share of common stock at vesting.

3. Consists of shares withheld in order to satisfy the minimum tax withholding obligation on restricted shares that vested on April 26, 2023.

4. Includes 8,893 of restricted stock units and restricted shares that are subject to vesting and forfeiture restrictions.
