Explanation of Responses:

1. The Class B ordinary shares will automatically convert into Class A ordinary shares concurrently with or immediately following the consummation of the Issuer's initial business combination on a one-for-one basis, subject to adjustment, and have no expiration date.

2. Aimfinity Investment LLC (the "Sponsor") is the record holder of the securities reported herein. Mr. Chang was appointed as the sole manager of the Sponsor on March 17, 2023, and as such may be deemed to have sole voting and investment discretion with respect to the securities held by the Sponsor.
