Resignation of Director
On January 15, 2024, Christos Nicholoudis, Esq. resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company and as part-time General Counsel of the Company. Mr. Nicholoudis’ decision to resign did not involve disagreements with the Company, the Company’s management, or the Board of Directors on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
