This Amended and Restated Form 3/A is being filed to correct the number of shares of common stock reported in Table I of the original Form 3 filed on January 13, 2022, which inadvertently included 151,549 shares not owned by the reporting person. This Form 3/A is deemed to update the number of securities reported as beneficially owned in the Form 4 filed on January 13, 2022.
