1. The Form 3 filed on January 27, 2022 reported the granting of 7,693 shares, half of which were to vest January 17, 2024 and the remaining half to vest January 17, 2025. Of the 3,847 shares that vested on January 17, 2024, 1,577 were withheld to cover the related tax liability. Of the 28,569 shares, 3,846 remain subject to vesting requirements.
