Explanation of Responses:

1. Options to purchase shares of common stock generally vest ratably on 2/24/2024, 2/24/2025, and 2/24/2026 and remain exercisable, subject to continued employment (with certain exceptions) and the terms and conditions of the stock option award agreement.

2. Award of restricted stock units subject to future vesting on 2/24/2026, subject to continued employment (with certain exceptions) and the terms and conditions of the restricted unit award agreement. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive 1 share of common stock, with vested units settled in shares common stock. Does not include performance stock units granted on 2/24/2023, which vest solely upon achievement of pre-established performance goals over a 3 year performance period.
