On June 27, 2023, Selina Hospitality PLC (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a business update, including financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2023, and the execution of agreements in respect of financing arrangements for up to $50 million in funding, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
