2. 1,235 Restricted Stock Units vest on January 19, 2024; 1,235 Restricted Stock Units vest on January 19, 2025; and 1,236 Restricted Stock Units vest on January 19, 2026. SFNC shares will be delivered within 30 days of vesting. Events such as retirement, death, disability and other specified events in the agreement may result in earlier vesting.
