Explanation of Responses:

1. This Form 3/A is being filed by the Reporting Person to correct an inadvertent error in the total number of shares of Issuer common stock reported as beneficially owned by the Reporting Person in the Form 3 filed on March 11, 2022 (the "Initial Form 3"). The number of shares of Issuer common stock reported in the Initial Form 3 should have been 44,888.17 instead of 41,073.17. All other disclosures in the Initial Form 3 remain unchanged.
