Explanation of Responses:

1. Each Restricted Share Unit represents a right to receive one share of Issuer's Class A ordinary shares or Class C ordinary shares, as the case may be.

2. Due to an administration error by the Issuer, the number of shares sold to cover taxes was less due to an increase in Issuer's stock price on the date the shares were sold.
