Explanation of Responses:

1. Alfa 24 Limited is the record holder of the ordinary shares reported herein. Tse Meng Ng is the managing member of Alfa 24 and has sole voting and investment discretion with respect to the ordinary shares held of record by the sponsor. Tse Meng Ng disclaims any beneficial ownership of any ordinary shares held by the sponsor except to the extent of his respective pecuniary interest therein.

2. Each right is exchangeable for one twentieth of one ordinary share upon the completion of RF Acquisition Corp II's initial business combination.

3. If RF Acquisition Corp II is unable to complete an initial business combination within the required time period and we redeem the public shares for the funds held in the trust account, holders of rights will not receive any of such funds for their rights and the rights will expire worthless.
