Explanation of Responses:

1. This Form 4A amends a Form 4 filed March 18, 2024 that incorrectly reported the number of options granted to the Reporting Person on March 14, 2024 as 8,591. The correct number of options granted was 8,700, as shown above.

2. This option was granted on March 14, 2024 and has a four-year vesting schedule in which 25% vests on the first anniversary of the grant date and the remainder vests in equal monthly installments for 36 months thereafter, such that the stock option vests in full on the four-year anniversary of the grant date.
