Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects restricted stock units ("RSUs") issued under the Corebridge Financial, Inc. 2022 Omnibus Incentive Plan exempt under Rule 16b-3. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock of CRBG upon vesting. The RSUs will vest according to a schedule such that 47.5% of the RSUs vest on March 1, 2026 and 52.5% of the RSUs vest on March 1, 2027 contingent upon the reporting person's continued employment at the conclusion of each vesting period.
