Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Person, I Financial Ventures Group LLC ("I Financial"), a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Delaware, is the record holder of the securities reported herein. Mr. Jay Jiang Yu, the President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Issuer, is the sole shareholder and director of I Financial and, as such, has investment control over the securities of the Issuer held by I Financial and may be deemed the beneficial owner of such securities.

2. Represents options granted on February 10, 2023 under the Issuer's 2023 Stock Option Plan #1 to purchase an aggregate of 500,000 shares of common stock of the Issuer, which were fully vested and exercisable on February 10, 2023, and will expire on February 10, 2026.

3. Represents options granted on June 7, 2023 under the Issuer's 2023 Stock Option Plan #2 to purchase an aggregate of 200,000 shares of common stock of the Issuer, which were fully vested and exercisable on June 7, 2023, and will expire on June 7, 2026.
