Explanation of Responses:

1. The option vested and became immediately exercisable with respect to 4/36ths of the option shares on the grant date, January 25, 2022, and with respect to the remaining 32/36ths of the option shares, will vest and become exercisable in equal monthly installments over a 32-month period, with the first such vesting date being February 1, 2022, subject to the reporting person's continued employment with the issuer on each respective vesting date.
