Explanation of Responses:

1. On November 22, 2023, Redwood Enhanced Income Corp. (the "Company") issued a capital call notice to certain investors that have committed to purchase shares of Common Stock. Pursuant to such capital call notice, RDK Family Investments LLC was obligated to make a capital contribution of $843,750.00 on December 01, 2023. The number of shares reported is an estimate based on NAV per share as of September 30, 2023.

2. The Reporting Person is a control person of RDK Family Investments LLC and, accordingly, has beneficial ownership over such shares.

3. The Reporting Person holds all voting interests of Redwood Capital Management, LLC and therefore may be attributed beneficial ownership of such securities. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
