Explanation of Responses:

1. The stock option vests and becomes exercisable as to 1/4th of the total number of shares on September 27, 2022, and thereafter vests and becomes exercisable as to 1/48th of the total number of shares in equal monthly installments, until such time as the option is 100% vested, subject to the continuing employment of the Reporting Person on each vesting date.

2. The stock option vests and becomes exercisable as to 1/48th of the total number of shares in equal monthly installments beginning on April 1, 2022, until such time as the option is 100% vested, subject to the continuing employment of the Reporting Person on each vesting date.

Remarks:

This Form 3/A is being filed to correct the expiration dates of the stock options reported in the original Form 3 filed by the Reporting Person on June 27, 2022.
