On January 23, 2023, Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the filing of a registration statement on Form S-1 relating to shares of common stock to be offered in a registered direct offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
