On February 8, 2024, Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of the Company determined to withdraw the registration statement on Form S-1, initially filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 26, 2023, in respect of the registration of subscription rights to purchase shares of common stock of a certain subsidiary of the Company that has not yet been formed. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
