This amendment is being filed to correct the total number of shares of Class B common stock, par value $0.0001 per share ("Class B Shares"), of Falcon's Beyond Global, Inc. (the "Issuer") and the total number of derivative securities of the Issuer reported in Table I and Table II of the Reporting Person's original Form 3, which were inadvertently overstated due to administrative error. As of the date of such filing, the Reporting Person does not beneficially own any Class B Shares or any derivative securities of the Issuer, directly or indirectly. Exhibit 24.1 - Power of Attorney
