Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 6, 2024, Cadrenal Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the initiation of collaborative efforts with Abbott to advance the Company’s planned pivotal trial evaluating tecarfarin’s effectiveness in patients with recently implanted left ventricular assist devices (“LVADs”).
