The undersigned became a Reporting Person subject to Section 16 reporting on August 29, 2022 at the time Shuttle Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc ("Company") completed its initial public offering ("IPO"). At the time of the IPO, the Reporting Person was the beneficial owner of 6,095 shares of common stock of the Company, consisting of 6,095 restricted stock units ("RSUs"), or which 4,063 RSUs have fully vested and 2,032 RSUs which remain subject to vesting.
