1. Represents 209,790 restricted stock units ("RSUs") issued to the Reporting Person under the Shuttle Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc. 2018 Equity Incentive Plan. The 209,790 RSUs are scheduled to vest in one third increments on each of 12/31/2025, 12/31/2026 and 12/31/2027.
