Explanation of Responses:

1. Upon vesting, the RSUs will become payable 60% in A Ordinary Shares on a 1 for 1 basis and 40% in cash based on the cash value of the underlying A Ordinary Shares on the date of vesting.

2. The restricted stock units vest one year from the date of grant.

3. Restricted stock units settled in cash at $43.25 for an aggregate amount of $85,981.00.
