INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT
On November 15, 2023, SYLA Technologies Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has agreed with certain shareholders of RIBERESUTE CORPORATION, a corporation listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE: 8887) (“RIBERESUTE”), to acquire shares of common stock of RIBERESUTE. The Company also announced in the press release that it had signed a “Basic Agreement on Business Alliance” with RIBERESUTE.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. The information contained in any website is not a part of this report on Form 6-K.
