Issuance of Press Release
On April 4, 2023, SYLA Technologies Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the closing of the initial public offering of 1,875,000 American Depositary Shares (the “ADSs”), each representing one one-hundredth of one common share, no par value, of the Company, at a public offering price of $8.00 per ADS, before underwriting discounts, commissions and offering expenses payable by the Company.
