Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 2, 2024, Edward J. Fitzgerald notified EQT Exeter Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as a member of the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”) and as Chairman of the Board effective immediately. The decision of Mr. Fitzgerald to resign as a member of the Board and as Chairman of the Board of the Company was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. Fitzgerald also announced his decision to step down as Global Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s external adviser, Exeter Property Group, LLC.
