Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 21, 2023, Gamer Pakistan Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued the news release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. In the news release, the Company announced that its Board of Directors has approved a share repurchase program, with authorization to purchase from time to time at the direction of the Board up to $1 million of its common stock.
