On February 29, 2024, Metals Acquisition Limited released its Appendix 4E Preliminary 2023 final report for the year ended December 31, 2023 (the “Appendix 4E Report”) with the Australian Securities Exchange (the “ASX”), as required by the listing rules of the ASX.
